This three-artist presentation brings together the practices of India Mullen (Ireland) @indiamullen, Mila Dobrevska (Italy) @em.mila.em.dobra and Carmen Delgado Huertas (Spain) in a shared inquiry into contemporary identity.

I like this statement by Mark Strand in his book The Secret Life of Poetry. It makes me think – the same is true of painting. I also think: To write a text that truly speaks of painting—not just talk about a painting—I would have to be a poet.
Drawing inspiration from traditional ornamentation and embroidery, Mila rethinks and reinterprets the basic elements of art: color, line, surface, form, material, and space. She works with hand-sculpted cement, glass-sprinkled surfaces, and innovative weaving and painting techniques.
